This place has been on my list for a while now and finally tired it out to celebrate a special birthday. We did their prix-fixe menu (with a couple add ons) and it was an amazing experience! Almost every single item we had was great. The meat had amazing marbling and was extremely tender and flavorful. However, my favorite bites from the night were from the appetizers - the steak tartare and scallion pancakes are MUST tries. The service was attentive and friendly as well. Great restaurant for that special date night! Apps: Steak Tartare and Scallion Pancake Entrees: Jjamppong, Galbi, Marinated Zabuton, Outside Skirt and Tri-Tip Sides: Corn Cheese Dessert: Mango Sorbet and Yuzu Cheesecake Drinks: Margarita and Whiskey Highball

Had the best experience at Ingle! We previously tried to eat here but arrived 14 minutes before closing and unfortunately they seat their last customers 15 minutes before and we had to find another place. This time, we didn't come so close before closing for lunch and got the lunch prix fixe menu. It comes with all the meats, a main for every person, and a dessert for every person. We opted to add extra for the bingsoo. But honestly, my favorite dessert was the chocolate ice cream, it was so so good! Would definitely recommend you pick that option. We got 2 jjamppongs, 1 beef fried rice, and 1 mak-guksu. My favorite was the mak-guksu which we got spicy with a side of the cold beef broth. I love mixing it up halfway and adding the broth. The star of the show was obviously the meat, everything was so so tender and high quality. I will definitely be coming back again. Such a wonderful experience and the servers grill well. Check this place out!

I get the hype. This is a great place to visit when you want to feel pampered and lavish. The service and hospitality was above and beyond. The host will run to open the door as you leave. The offered slices of cucumber, lemon, and lime for your water. There are floss picks in the bathroom!! Our server was very friendly, professional, and attentive. We got the $80 Dinner Prix-Fixe. That included 3 cuts of the day of American Wagyu, 1 welcome dish per person, 1 side for every 2 people, 1 appetizer for every 2 people, 1 main meal per person, and 1 dessert per person. They rotate the welcome dish and desserts. We started with banchan (kimchi, broccoli, marinated chinese broocoli), side salad, and side of pumpkin soup. We got Mushrooms, Cod Roe Garlic Toast, Hew Moo-chim, Jjamppong, Beef Fried Rice, Bingsu, and chocolate ice cream. Everything was so delicious, filling, and made with quality. This place is very worth visiting at least once!

Went to Ingle again and to our pleasant surprise, some of the men you had changed both in options and cooking style. Service was perfect again as was all the food. Continue to highly recommend for an elevated KBBQ experience.

3.9 stars TL;DR: good quality food, decent service, expensive Came here for a birthday dinner, and it was very pretty busy on a Friday night. We were seated promptly at the prepared table. The table itself is a little awkward in terms of spacing. They keep one side clear for them to be able to cook, so sharing foods was a little hard. SERVICE: Our server was nice enough, but I think they may have been newer and potentially nervous (?). It was pretty loud inside the restaurant, and they were more soft spoken, so it was difficult to hear them and needed things repeated to us frequently. FOOD: ~Overall, their menu is all beef. Portions were a little small, but maybe we just eat too much. We did the dinner prix-fixe ~Rice (2/5): inconsistent. My friend's was very watery/overcooked. Mine was overly dry. ~Moo-Ssam (4/5): Refreshing starter ~Steak Tartare (4/5): flavor was really nice. Wish it was colder ~Corn Cheese (3.5/5): tasted more like a Mexican dish. Overall, the flavor was good, but not what I expected with typical corn cheese ~Mushrooms (4/5): lots of umami flavor and cooked well. Portion was very small to share between 4 people though ~Cod Roe Garlic Toast (3/5): very novel idea, but the spread was overly sweet and couldn't taste any of the roe ~Doenjang Jjigae (3.8/5): Strong flavor, but again, did not taste like real Doenjang Jjigae ~Beef Fried Rice (4/5): flavorful and the meat in it was tender ~Galbi (4/5): good, but not as tender as the other meats ~Marinated Zabuton (4.5/5): marinade was really good, but depending on your preference, you may want more meat flavor ~Outside Skirt (5/5): very good and tender ~Hanger steak (5/5): probably our favorite cut of the day ~Grilled eel (4.5/5): never had eel prepared like this before! It was really good and fun ~Bingsu (2/5): This one made me so sad. Texture was good, but it didn't taste like anything at all ~Yuzu Cheesecake (3/5): good subtle yuzu flavor, but the temperature was really off Overall, the food was good quality, but overly expensive for what you get (compared to similar places in NOVA). Glad I tried it, but likely won't return.

This is now my favorite Korean bbq place, such an elevated experience. We opted for the prix-fixe dinner, and it was amazing. We started with the moo-ssam for the welcome dish, which was alright. Tasted like the typical pickled white radish. We went with the mushroom for the side, and it was sautéed with cremini butter, scallion, and garlic chips. It was very aromatic and light. The steak tartare was very good and perfectly seasoned, loved the addition of pear. The mak-guksu was also very refreshing and light, paired wonderfully with the meat. The cuts of the day were galbi, marinated zabuton, outside skirt, and tri-tip. All the cuts were incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned. For dessert, we chose the raspberry sorbet and bingsu, both of which were light and refreshing and the perfect way to end this meal. Love the modern and elevated interior design as well, with the open layout and kitchen. Our server was also very attentive and friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and already looking forward to coming back!

I been here twice now and the most recent time; i dined here during restaurant week. The pre fix dinner menu costs $65 per person and you get to pick one side person 2 persons, one appetizer dish per 2 persons, one savory dish person 2 persons and 4 different cuts of the day. They were galbi, marinated Zabuton, outside skirt and American wagyu. The dinner started off with the welcome dish which was a pickled radish bite. Then the sides, then appetizer and savory dish followed one by one. The meats came out last in a dazzling display. Each meat was then cook by the server; one meat option at a time. I do wish the meats didn't come out so late during the sequence of the meal because i find that if you eat all your side dishes already; you end up just eating the meat by itself. The quality and the flavors of each cut of meat was superb. All the cuts were tender and marinated well-- a little on the sweet side. My favorite was the American wagyu... just melts in your mouth! The salmon sashimi was so good! i am still dreaming about it. I definitely recommend this dish and the beef fried rice. We finished the meal with desserts--yuzu cheesecake and the blueberry choux. Both were good and topped off a delicious meal! Just note that the desserts are not part of the pre fix price and it is additional cost. The menu makes it look like it is but if you look closely; there are prices next to the dessert items. We initally did not realize until we checked our receipts.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place!! We've been here 3-4x, once being for our anniversary it's a nice place to dress up a bit for date night as they even have a coat rack. Everything is delicious! Service is top tier - they bring out lemon, lime, and cucumbers to flavor your water if you wish, refill the side dishes before having to be asked, cook the meats for you and are always attentive to detail. The lunch and dinner prix-fixe are perfectly portioned (although it may not seem like it at first) although you do need to pay a bit extra for the desserts. The yuzu cheesecake is a super tiny slice, but the flavor is mouthwatering so I always get it anyway. Overall, a must while you're in NoVA

This is the best kbbq I've had in DMV. This place is hot commodity, so make reservations. I would say this is for special occasion since it's $80 for dinner prix-fixe or come here for lunch for $55. We came here for restaurant week. It feels bougie. We saw people dressing casual to fancy. We saw birthdays and even a proposal! The staff was so helpful on the choices to pick. The sauces they gave was super good. The welcome dish was refreshing. I've never had raw meat but the steak tartare was the best thing that I could keep eating it. With the egg and pear that it was such a good pairing. The corn cheese was different that I've had. It had panko, Parmesan, and mozzarella. The beef fried rice was so filling and rich. We got the galbi, marinated zabuton, outside skirt, tri-tip. I really liked the gabi, outside skirt, and marinated zabuton. It was so good, juicy, and just biting in was so smooth that you don't even any sauce. Paired with the salt flake, it was perfect. The bingsu was so fluffy and light and paired great with red bean. The yuzu cheesecake was light, refreshing and citrusy. I definitely recommend coming here
